Design your personal feedback forms for surveys and competitions. Several users can jointly and simultaneously fill in an interactive questionaire in discrete windows. Introduce your questionaire with a descriptive graphic and text. This function is especially suitable for the presentation of competitions and potential prizes.
Data analysis
All user input will be saved in a CSV file, making it easy for display and analysis in most conventional spreadsheet software at a later date.
Email function
After a feedback form has been completed the evaluation could be send to an admin email address, additionally also to users who submitted an email address.
