In December 2025, eyefactive launched the first interactive touchscreen kiosk pilot within Edeka Germany at Edeka Jensen in Uetersen. The interactive touchscreen kiosk “MIRA”, powered by eyefactive’s AppSuite software, enables customers to place orders at the meat counter digitally without waiting in line. While staff prepares the order in parallel, customers can continue shopping. The interactive touchscreen kiosk “MIRA”, including eyefactive’s interactive kiosk software AppSuite, was launched in December 2025. Customers can place their meat counter orders directly via the touchscreen terminal without going through checkout. Payment remains unchanged and is completed later at the regular cash point, ensuring seamless integration into existing retail operations.
